Debating sub section?

I used to be a member of a forum a long time ago that had a debating club sort of thing. Now, this was severely regulated and you had to post an application and a exemplar of a subject you have a strong view on and write it in your own words.

I thought that was a very interesting sub section, and it gives you a nice idea of how people think, do you guys want to see a debating forum?
